Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Agent-Ready Store services sold by AI Ready Hub, a brand of Dressmor, LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("we", "us"). By buying a service you agree to them.

1. Services and prices

• Agent-Ready Audit: $149, one-time. A review of your public web pages with a score and fix list, usually delivered within 5 business days after you send your site address.
• Done-for-you Setup: $1,000, one-time, for sites with up to about 50 products or services. Larger sites are quoted in writing after the audit. Scope is the fix list we agree in writing.
• Agent-Ready Care: $99 per month, billed monthly until you cancel.

Prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax. Where sales tax applies (for example, to customers in Washington State), it is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address. There are no other fees.

2. Payment, currency and taxes

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where it applies. If no tax is collected at checkout, you are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, GST, duties or similar charges that apply where you are. We serve customers worldwide and work remotely.

3. Refunds

• Audit: full refund if you ask before we start the review. Once the report is delivered it is non-refundable, unless we failed to deliver what is described here. If you buy a setup within 30 days, the $149 is credited toward it.
• Setup: full refund if you cancel before work starts. After work starts, we refund any part of the fee for agreed fixes we have not completed. If a delivered fix doesn't work as described, tell us within 14 days and we will correct it at no charge.
• Care plan: you can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges, and care continues through the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial-month refunds, except where the law requires or if we failed to provide the service that month.

To request a refund, email contact@aireadyhub.tech. We reply within 5 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

4. Care plan renewal and cancellation

Before you subscribe, checkout shows the $99 monthly price, that it renews each month, and how to cancel. You can cancel online in a few clicks at our billing portal (sign in with the email you used at checkout), as easily as you signed up, without calling or talking to anyone. You can also cancel by emailing contact@aireadyhub.tech. We'll confirm cancellation by email.

5. Your responsibilities

You give us site access by adding us as a user (not by sharing your own password), confirm you have the right to let us change the site, and review changes before they go live. Keep your own backups as well as ours.

6. What we don't promise

We make your site clearer and easier for people and AI assistants to read and buy from. We don't guarantee sales, rankings, or how any third-party AI service or search engine will treat your site.

7. AI use

We use AI tools to help review sites and draft fixes. A person checks every change, and nothing goes live without your approval.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
