Do you need my passwords?
For the setup we need editor access to your site. We ask you to add us as a user rather than share your own login, and you can remove us afterward.
Do you use AI?
Yes. We use AI tools to help review sites and draft fixes. A person checks every change, and nothing goes live without your approval.
How do I cancel the care plan?
Online, from the link in your receipt, in a couple of clicks. You keep care through the end of the month you paid for.
