AI Ready Hub is a brand of Dressmor, LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use this site or buy our services.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, email, business name, website address and any message you send.
• Payment: Stripe processes payments and collects your card details under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We receive the payment status, amount, and your name and email, not your full card number.
• Site access you grant us for a setup or care plan, used only to do the work.
• Basic server logs from our host, Vercel (such as IP address and browser type), kept for security.

How we use it

To deliver the service you bought, send receipts and service messages, answer you, prevent fraud, and meet legal duties. We don't sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

AI tools

We use AI tools to help review public website content and draft fixes. We don't put your payment details into AI tools. We use third-party AI assistants and site-building tools; we don't share customer payment data with them.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business (Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, and our email provider), or when the law requires it.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its checkout pages under its own policy.

How long we keep it

Client records are kept as long as needed for the service and for tax and accounting rules, then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of marketing email, by emailing contact@aireadyhub.tech. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Customers outside the US (including the EU and UK)

We serve shops worldwide. If the EU or UK GDPR applies to you, Dressmor, LLC is the controller of your personal data. Our lawful bases are: performing our contract with you (delivering the service and taking payment), legal obligation (tax and accounting records), and legitimate interests (answering enquiries, keeping the service secure and improving it). We send marketing email only with your consent or as otherwise allowed by law, and you can withdraw consent anytime.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (for example, the UK ICO). To make a request, email contact@aireadyhub.tech; we reply within one month.

International transfers. We are based in the United States, and our providers, including Stripe (payments) and Vercel (website hosting), may process data in the US and other countries. These transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Addendum, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates.

Children

Our services are for businesses and not directed to children under 13.
